Monzy is a modern neo-banking platform built to empower users with a seamless digital banking experience. From quick onboarding to money transfers, loans, savings goals, and smart expense tracking—Monzy brings everything into one intuitive app.

Challenge:

The traditional banking experience is often fragmented and outdated. Monzy aimed to bridge this gap with a unified, mobile-first solution that simplifies digital finance. One key objective was to integrate complex financial workflows like KYC, payments, and credit scoring in a frictionless way.

Solution:

We partnered with Decentro, a leading banking API provider, to accelerate integration and compliance:

Highlights include:

Streamlined Onboarding: Phone number OTP login, personal info, address, KYC verification, and account approval.
Full Banking Suite: IMPS, NEFT, UPI, account balance, and card management.
Goal-Based Saving: Users can create and manage custom financial goals.
Loan Disbursal: Credit check, bank linking, loan application, disbursal, and repayments.
Expense Analyzer: Categorize transactions, monitor budgets, and detect overspending.
User Support: Profile settings, FAQs, and referral tracking.
